Learning Content Developer & Instructional Designer

About the Role Phosaane Group is looking for a high-performing content professional who can research, write, and design exceptional learning content. If you can take complex ideas and turn them into clear, engaging, and visually polished learning experiences, this role is for you. You’ll work across online, virtual, and in-person training environments, developing content such as slide decks, learner workbooks, facilitator guides, and digital learning materials. What You’ll Do ✔ Develop and update learning content across programmes ✔ Research new topics and structure them into learning frameworks ✔ Create content for both virtual and face-to-face learning ✔ Write, edit, and refine content for clarity and impact ✔ Design professional, visually engaging learning materials ✔ Review and improve content (including AI-assisted outputs) ✔ Manage content workflows and collaborate with stakeholders ✔ Contribute to digital learning platforms and products What We’re Looking For ✔ 3+ years’ experience in content development, instructional design, or similar ✔ Relevant 3-year qualification (Communications, Education, Design, etc.) ✔ Strong writing and editing skills (excellent English required) ✔ Solid visual design capability ✔ Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Suite ✔ Experience using AI tools ✔ Understanding of adult learning principles ✔ Strong organisation and deadline management Send your CV + Portfolio + Short Motivation
